Edison Marketplace is a neighborhood shopping center developed by Otis Pitts Jr. through Peninsula Developers. This site is the project's living construction and development archive — plans, aerials, construction photography, deal architecture, completion record, and the biography of the developer.
The five-volume record
- Volume I · The Ground — Overtown family origins, displacement by expressway construction, City of Miami police service, and Belafonte Tacolcy Center community leadership.
